Aim :Projects aim is to increase the participation of disadvantaged women in a non-governmental organization and cooperative in business and social life will be supported. For this purpose, the training they will need in areas such as “legal awareness and legal rights”, “digital marketing” and “occupational health and safety”, which are considered as basic competencies, will be given in accordance with Covid-19 measures. In this context, it is aimed to increase social dialogues with universities, municipalities and NGOs.
