Our Trainings

Mobilizing Expertise offers a wide range of trainings for teachers and educators. We want to bring non-formal education methods and open-minded critical thinking to formal education in Europe and the rest of the world.

Critical Thinking & Innovation Training

Critical thinking is the ability to analyze a situation and make a professional judgement.

The prevalence of critical thinking in a country is an important indicator of the educational conditions of that country. In some countries, a lack of critical thinking is seen as a huge loss for students. According to research, academic failure and approaching problems with a non-critical perspective are successive problems. Our goal in this training is to provide educators with tools, methods and new ways of thinking by considering different approaches to typical problems that arise in the classroom.

Learners will go through the following sections of the training :

1. Defining creativity vs. innovation

2. Exploring your own creativity

3. Utilizing tools and techniques to become more creative

4. Challenging assumptions

5. Unscrambling the iterative mind and our minds of students/beneficiaries.

The training program is more practical than theoretical. The training program demands full participation. The main methods will be through cooperative work, various activities, discussions and practical training practices. The lectures will be short and take place between the activities. Demonstrate that you have a solution

Persuade them you can deliver results

So you need to be a good communicator, too – presenting your ideas clearly and persuasively.

Learn how to design their own project

Learn how to a write a proposal that funders will support

Learners will begin with writing skills and a step-by-step guide to how to improve the impact of whatever we write. However, to write a proposal, we also need to have a project plan that works. Moving onto Project Planning, we explore why many proposals fail (and why others succeed) before getting to grips with the Logical framework Approach, where you will apply the tools you learn to design your own project.
