Hello everyone,
One of our youth workers were in Estonia for the EcoTourism project.
Here is the blog post:
Hello everyone,
I’m Stelve from France, and I recently visited Pärnu to experience and learn about ecotourism. The trip was free of charge within the scope of the Ecotourism project led by Erasmus+. The costs of flight tickets, accommodation, transport and food during the trip were all covered by the Ecotourism project. I would like to give you more details about the trip.
We explored Soomaa National Park, a wetland area that freezes during the winter. The snow in that region was absolutely breathtaking. While there, we enjoyed kicksliding, a physics-based and traditional Estonian activity that was incredibly fun.
Following that, my group and I visited a horse ranch where we encountered friendly horses. Our guide shared fascinating stories about the horses and the Estonian people. To conclude our day, we enjoyed a traditional meal and explored a quaint village with its own local legends.
If you want to see more photos from our Estonia trip or any other information about Ecotourism project, you can keep an eye on our Instagram page @mobilizingme.
Thank you, Stelve.
