AMPLIFY – A project co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme to create a transnational partnership of four organizations from Sweden, Italy, Poland, and Malta. The project ensures a complete needs analysis and gaps identification of people living in disadvantaged surroundings and facing socio-economic challenges. The objective is to share best practices, tools, and methodologies to address obstacles while improving the operational capacity of the partners. However, partners have a specific result in this project. These are:
- To prevent radicalization that leads to violent extremism by reaching out to marginalized groups in society.
- To promote civic participation by developing the role of volunteering for social inclusion.
- To allow partners to acquire new skills and knowledge that will help improve the impact of social inclusion interventions.
The AMPLIFY project held four-day training for partners to learn new skills, methodologies, and creativity to solve inclusion issues. The movement started on June 7th, 2021, and ended on June 10th, 2021, with 16 participants. Each day of the training had a specific topic of discussion where every participant contributed immensely. Day 1 – Getting to know each other, Day 2 – Creative Drama, Day 3 – Music, and Day 4 – Training Summary and Evaluation.
