realized in Venice in the period 30/11/2018-01/11/2018

The first project meeting took place in Venice (Italy), organized by the project coordinator UNIVE to discuss the entire project and plan all the activities.
The activities carried out were as follows:

• short presentation of all partner organizations
• presentation of all the staff who will be involved in the project activities in each partner country
• presentation of the entire project initiative
• definition of the project phases
• definition of the financial rules to be followed in each country
• discussion on impact/dissemination
• definition of the exact dates of the second project meeting
• definition of the JSTE (to be carried out in January 2019)
• choosing the logo
