Aim: The project aims to give support to women in their integration into the labour market with a migration/refugee background.It also aims to promote social inclusion and empowerment. To this end, concepts and instruments are developed for social workers, counsellors and volunteers to advance the empowerment process and enable women to participate in their integration process.
